Zigma ERP Sync

Automatic transfer of customer invoices from Zigma ERP to your accounting system. No manual entry, no missed vouchers — your sales documents arrive in accounting on their own.

What it does

Zigma ERP Sync is an integration service developed and operated by Zigma360 AS, the maker of Zigma ERP — a complete management system for manufacturing and service businesses. The service picks up outgoing invoices and credit notes registered in Zigma ERP and posts them, together with the invoice documents, into the accounting system the customer has connected:

How it works

  1. The customer (or Zigma360 during onboarding) connects the accounting system by authorizing API access, and chooses when the synchronization should start from.
  2. The service runs scheduled background synchronizations during business hours: new and changed invoices are fetched from Zigma ERP and posted to the accounting system, with customers and ledger postings matched automatically.
  3. A web dashboard shows every invoice and its status. Documents that need human attention — validation errors, invoices changed after they were sent — are flagged in a dedicated queue, and the customer's contact person receives a daily error digest by e-mail.

Change detection

Invoices modified in Zigma ERP after they were transferred are detected, shown with a field-by-field diff, and can be reversed and re-sent in one click.

Full audit trail

Every synchronization run and every document action is logged and visible per invoice in the dashboard.

Safe by default

Encrypted transfer (TLS), encrypted credential storage, authenticated access, and hosting on Microsoft Azure within the EU/EEA.

Customer in control

Customers can pause and resume their own integration at any time, and revoke API authorization in their accounting system.
